No service 3 of us stood at counter for over 10 minutes while the workers chatted and took care of drive thru we asked could we get served they said the lady would take our orders soon .we finally said we give up and by the way they acted they were fine with us leaving will never return

Food was good as it usually is, no complaints there... They can follow a recipe for sure... But the wait time for my food was a little ridiculous... Waited nearly 30 mins and the guy parked beside me had been there 45 mins before me

I placed my order at the drive through. I was told to wait to the side. I parked and realized there are 10 other cars waiting. Within a few minutes, 5 more cars are waiting- without anyone getting their food brought out for a good 15 + mins (after I went inside). I waited 6 or 8 minutes, but I to be somewhere and didn't have time to wait as long as this was going to take.nI drove around and went inside. The wamers were FULL of chicken, I was wondering how it could get sonbacked up. There was only 2 ppl inside waiting.nnI nicely asked for a refund. I wasn't hateful or disrespectful. The lady helping me was nice, but I could hear the people in back making rude remarks. The lady said they were 'throwing' it together for me.nAfter getting on the road and opening my grandson's food, she was right- it was throw together. I only ordered 2 boxes of tender meals and they looked like they'd been shaken upside-down. They were mixed up, and my extra mashed potatoes were Missing. My 4-yr-old grandson had to eat his mashed potatoes with his FINGERS ud83dude44ud83eudd26.nDo managers not teach integrity anymore?Productivity?

My husband and I love eating at KFC ... the food is great! Although sometimes the wait is very long.
