Always greeted with kindness and they always remember who I am.(expect newer employees) Love Woodforest Bank! Also open 7 days a week. My only suggestion is to upgrade atms to be able to deposit funds.
We’ve been stationed overseas for the last 4 years and have been banking with them, they are always locking our cards , putting us on hold and then they hang up. It puts us in a real jam when we need to use our cards for bills ect but we can’t because it’s either locked or can’t be used at our location and tells us to contact customer support. They also denied my husband who was deployed a bank card because he couldn’t “show up at their branch” and they closed our savings which they refused to reopen and when we called customer service we were told we could open a new one online so we tried that and was denied because we couldn’t come in to the branchud83dude44
Closed out my account for being $2.33 negative. Allowed my account to remain open a year prior, all the while it was over $50. The $2.33 was for their fees, which I wasn't supposed to be responsible for.
Every time we go there we have nice people taking care of us
Super nice always ready to help and open 7 days a week.
