Beautiful little piece of mountain right on the outskirts of Monongahela National Forest. The sites are fairly good size, but pretty packed in terms of distance from your neighbor. It's electric only sites so don't make the mistake I did and expect full-hook ups! The firewood supplied is super dry and burns real fast so expect spend $$$ on that. All in all its a nice launchpad to visit the surrounding forests, check out some hiking and swimming holes. Wild and wonderful WV indeed! We will be back :)

Nice, clean, well maintained campground. It was raining when we showed up and the host was reasonable enough to allow us to change to a different site with better tree coverage and a raised gravel tent pad. This kept us from being too miserable through the rainy night. The bathrooms and shower were clean too. Only spent one night but would recommend it.

Cool and shaded campsites in the blooming mountain Laurel. About 10 to 15 degrees cooler than Elkins on a mid 90's summer day.

Visited some friends for the evening who were camping this weekend. Wonderful area with a beautiful campground. Each space was full, but all are covered with trees so it was hard to notice any others were around. The area is easily accessible from US 33, and is well marked.

Great camp hosts!!! One of the nicest places I stayed in west Virginia. Secluded large sites. Does not feel like you're on top of each other.
