Arrived few minutes before appt, immediately got in door and 30 minutes later on way out. No issues at all. Unloading person was courteous. Entrance to this facility is thru gate by the west side of frontage road parallel to TX 84. Use south side gate, the other entrance is chained up and closed.
Good place to unload and there is no overnight parking
Not exactly easy to find,,, locals try and fail to correct bureaucracy,,,, not a fan of Orwellian state,,,
