I took in my mother's car for warranty repair. The next day they treated my elderly mother dismissively about a problem with a Buick Enclave that she purchased 4 months ago. The vehicle has problems in the automatic transmission and it shudders/stutters when it tries to move up through the gears. They told her they couldn't observe any problems and gave it back. On the way home it did the same thing. We are going to do what they said and make sure when it goes in thus next time that there is NO DOUBT there is a problem, which is going to be a larger warranty repair that they could have avoided. AND I will go to make sure they don't do it again.

We had a mechanical issue while traveling through Synder in my 2012 Silverado 2500HD. Kaanan and the service team got us right in fixed the issue and back on the road in just a few hours. They were courteous, professional, and fast. I highly recommend the Mitch Hall Service department.
