Imagine a convenience store that offered the same price weather you bought 2 packs or a carton of cigarettes without ridicule and without attitude or lies!!! YOU WON'T GET THAT WITH SOMEONE NAMED ADRIANA WHO WAS PROMOTED TO MANAGER AT THIS PILOT. KAZA NOT TO HELPFUL EITHER BECAUSE OF HIS ROLE MODEL... I don't ever eat food from a glass case but needed to try the roasted half chicken... This is the best truck stop food I've had!! The biscuits are to die for....As a hauler truck stops are home ... I've added this to my fav!! Facilities are just as clean and adequate as the rest... So it works.
Just want to give a huge shout out to the manager that was working last night! I believe his name is Cozzie. He went above and beyond for our daughter who was heading home from college to visit! It restores your faith in strangers! Thank you!
