Walnut RV Park

Basic no frills RV park with everything you need. Showers, laundry, full hookups. I will say one of the best showers. A little outdated but clean, with plenty of hot water, a heater to warm the room and a massage shower head. Easy stop off the highway with a restaurant within walking distance.

Stayed here a couple different times but will need to look for a different park unfortunately. Both times I stayed I’ve been harassed about payment within 30 seconds of stepping out of my vehicle in the morning. There is a disconnect. The owners seem like the nicest folks on earth. The collection lady however is a pit bull. I am always a very late arrival and pay by credit card over the phone. Perhaps if the park assigned a spot number for the pre-paid late arrivals, it might temper the manager’s suspicion/aggression. I let it slide the first time, but now it’s a pattern and it’s just not worth the hassle to be harassed like that over a few bucks. But don’t worry if you’re a normal time arrival and pay when you arrive you probably won’t encounter this problem.nnAs far as the park itself, it’s decent and quiet enough for how close it is to the main road. Signage is clearly visible from the road. Night lights provide security and aren’t too bright to disturb your sleep. 20amp outlets are hit or miss on some of the spots. I don’t pull anything (yet) so I need that 20amp. But I suppose most people who tow won’t care.

Full hookups, quiet and safe place. The smell of cows in the air reminded me of country living. Owner is very friendly and accommodating. We came in after hours and paid the next day, delayed too but it was no problem. Didn't use the facilities, stayed just 1 night but got restful sleep.nnCongrats to the owner on her newest grand baby being born today!!! ud83dudc96

Great service called at 9pm very accommodating and affordable. We planned on staying over night, due to wicked snow and wind storm stayed another night. The owner even recommended places to eat♥ufe0f
