The customer service there is lacking. My husband and I bought a car from them in February. When we started having problems with the vehicle they would clear the codes and say nothing was wrong, and said that the vehicle had been sitting for a while. Since then we have had nothing but problems with the car misfiring and giving us a code that the cam shaft/ crank shaft sensor not found, and not learned. There are multiple reasons a vehicle could be getting this code. But...they refused to do anything about it.nnIf you are going to be selling vehicles to customers, listen to the customer if a problem comes up and offer to fix the problem. That is how you should provide good customer service, instead of blowing off the customer and making us feel like idiots.
