Great experience here. In and out with a newly purchased 2021 Ram 1500 in less than 3 hours. Herman was great and easy to work with. Absolutely no pressure, and his sales manager was very fair. We left feeling like we received very fair treatment, which was nice for a change. I'll definitely be coming back, and will recommend my neighbors here.
Looking to replace a vehicle, Klement Dodge was recommended by a friend & we weren’t disappointed. When we arrived, Herman & David greeted us promptly & treated us like family. I recently purchased a new truck from Klement RAM in Decatur TX and now wonder why I ever bought in the DFW area. The small town atmosphere made shopping quick, easy and stress free. Herman K. was knowledgeable and handled all my questions professionally and honestly. He even took time out of his day to help me retrieve my second vehicle that I was trading. Been coming here for oil changes on my previous truck. Very professional service departmentt. Advised me of recalls and warranty work needed on my pickup. No hassle atmosphere. Decided to look at the new inventory and with the help of Andrew we took this beauty of a truck home. Gave me fair price for trade in. Returning customer for sure.
Klement Chrysler in Decatur is a hidden gem. I had by far the BEST experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Don’t let the drive discourage you from checking them out. I shopped almost ALL of the Dodge dealers in DFW and their prices were BEST IN CLASS. I saved about $5K on a new Dodge RAM 1500 and no other dealer had prices close to Klement. You won’t need to haggle prices. Shop then online first and you will see what I did . They will be the best you will find. The sales staff is best I’ve worked with. They were knowledgeable, not pushy, and very helpful.nnIf you are looking for Dodge, check them out. You won’t be disappointed.
