I’ve needed bodyshop work and tuneups on my cross country road warrior truck about three times in the past 12 months. This location has proven itself to be reliable, trustworthy and high quality every time. Sam, in the parts dept, manages every detail with confidence and communicates with clarity. I’m rest assured that my truck will be well cared for when I place it in the hands of James Wood in Decatur. I was pleasantly surprised every time my vehicle is repaired and serviced within a quick timely manner. Christina, in services, is wonderful about insuring that my vehicle gets the best quality treatment and returns to me brand-new again and again. From full body work to tuneups, detailed cleaning, and shiny finish. I always look forward to bringing my vehicle to this location.

Misty Dyson, Internet Sales Manager made our buying experience very pleasant. The price she told us is what the vehicle was. There was no gimmicks or hidden costs that surprised us when we went to purchase the vehicle. She was very attentive to our needs, and also did follow ups with us after the purchase. This is by far the best experience we have had with purchasing a vehicle. We had about a three hour drive from our house to the dealership, but it was worth it. We will be back!

Rocco is awesome. My second purchase from him. Third from James Woods. This purchase was complicated and Rocco stuck with the twists and turns and we finally sealed the deal. Very awesome sales person and a truly honest (not very common among car dealers) person. This guy delayed his family Christmas celebration just to finish this sale with me. I know Mr. Woods passed and thing usually change for the worse after a long time owner passes but this dealership has stayed the course. Thank you . Also Jeff in finance did awesome to. No pressure just got the job done and presented everything. Very good buying experience. You guys are the best. Thank you again.

This was the best car buying experience we have ever had. It was fast, simple and with no hassle. Dustin Donaldson was wonderful to work with. He listened to our needs and acted on it. Ruben the finance manager was awesome too. Made all the paperwork easy and it was very fast. Everything from start to finish was top notch. We will absolutely be purchasing from James Wood again and very soon!

Awesome place. We called ahead and Clinton Bramlett took the call and helped us from the call, to meeting and seeing our selection to paperwork and on our way. The truck was beautiful and clean and priced just right. The whole experience took two hours and went so smooth. Dane in financing was great as well. Will definitely recommend these guys!!
