This is an extremely busy area. I think the parking lot was designed by kindergartners. The line moves faster than it looks.
Over the last month or so we have received very poor service. There seems to be plenty of workers in most days. Today it took us 30 minutes to go through the line at 5:00 pm not to busy of a time (Not the morning rush). We finally got up to the window, we were not greeted. It took about five minutes before he even opened the window to take our payment. Not sure we’ll be coming back anytime soon. My husband also have a piece of plastic in his drink.
The barista had a surprise for me when I ordered a Pikes coffee and a banana nut loaf. When she delivered my order I tried to give her my credit card she said it was on the house when she saw my Army insignia cap. Was I ever surprised. That was my first time in a Starbucks in a lung time. I will go back again but without my cap.
This place is in the absolute worse location. The line blocks two other businesses and you can get pinned in very easily. All I can say is make sure you order ahead and walk in to get it
I know it's just starbucks but, I love their short americano with extra shot. Real bang for the buck.
