I wish we could give negative stars. Very rude, condescending, unhelpful, ugly attitude, I could go on and on. It’s just a darn shame. I feel really bad for the “lady” that I spoke with today, it must be an awful thing to be so unhappy that you have to act that way towards other people. If you hate your job so much, maybe it’s time to just hang it up and do something else that doesn’t require you to be customer service oriented. Bless your tiny little heart.

They process my dealer work in a professional and timely manner. If you have to pay taxes, there are plenty more painful places to do it.

The lady who answered the phone today was the most rude person I have ever spoke with. She was very short, blunt and had a hateful attitude. She also hung up on me at the “end” of our conversation. Not once did I raise my voice, say anything derogatory or disrespectful.
