I cant say enough bad about this law firm...the first lawyer on my case left the practice and no one told me for a few weeks, when I need clarification and to speak to an attorney no one was ever available. I gave this from a 2,500 deposit and then they told me i did not pay it. I had to go back and show their accounting department they were wrong. My new attorney was never available and the documents she sent me had the wrong clients information on it. I plan to take my complaints all the way to the State Board. Poor Communication, Paralegal was not professional and was very rude and interrupted my initial consultation twice. Never responded and could never get ahold of any one to clarify my case. Not sure what I was even charged for.

Paul Looney and colleagues and staff are nothing short of amazing!!!! They take their time with you, they work with you while working for you. When Paul says “give it to me and don’t worry about it”, that’s exactly what you should do. He and his staff are brilliant, creative fighters who will stop at nothing to help you. They turned my case from indictment to dismissal. Not a plea, straight up dismissal! They work tirelessly, relentlessly, and carefully, leaving no stone unturned. When there is something for you to do or for you to know, they will tell you. Otherwise, hire these guys and live your life! They have your back. They own your case. The case doesn’t own you! Don’t say “they are too expensive”. Say “what do I do to come up with the money to hire them” then figure it out and do it. Paul is commanding in a courtroom. He reads everybody like a book and then fixes whatever the issue is!

Expensive? Yes. Worth it? Every single penny! He doesn’t stop working. I know I can call him day or night. He is very matter of fact. He is very explanatory about the law and how it applies to your case. He cares about his clients. You aren’t just a check to him. He is going to ask tough questions. He has to in order to help you. If you want someone to fight you call Paul. I asked him “so what do I do?” His response was “do what my smart clients do. Give it to me and don’t worry about it.” And I haven’t. With Paul and his team protecting you, you can relax and know that they have your situation well in hand. He’s not going to stop until he achieves what he believes is success in your case.

Mr. Paul Looney and his assistant Cynthia, at Looney & Conrad Law Firm in Hempstead Texas are absolutely outstanding !!! Two and a half years ago , my son was falsely accused and charged with 3 devastating felonies !!! My wife and I were truly devastated and in shock, so we prayed to GOD to help our son. I met a man in Hempstead who felt my pain and told me of a lawyer that he would trust his with life, and he introduced me to Paul Looney !!!!!! Mr. Looney and Cynthia were Kind, Caring, Very Honest , and did not allow the Prosecutor to lie, withhold evidence , or railroad my son !!!!!! He is a Five Star Lawyer, and I trusted him with my sons life !!!! I trust him with my life , this lawyer will not sale you out regardless of your race !!!!! He got the Felony Charges Dismissed , because he is a A1 Lawyer That GOD sent !!! This is the only Lawyer that you will ever need !!!!!!!!!!!
