These people here are HORRIBLE. One in particular answered the phone rudely, we are closed and hung up immediately. There is no reason for this type of customer service. If you serve for the public, your customer service has to be there. If you hate your job so much to be this rude to people, you should think of retirement.

I've been here many times and everytime received fast and efficient service. I've never dreaded going to the tax office like I did when I lived in Harris County.

I’ve been going to this tax office for 20 years now, and though they’ve always been courteous and helpful, I’m finding it hard to give 5 stars because of the overall dispassionate feeling ... not once, that I can remember, have I gotten a smile from a single one of them.
