Please avoid dealing with Paul Miller at all cost. He’s slow to respond and only respond if he feels like it. From the first interaction with him, I could tell his professionalism seems fake (I should have listened to my instinct). I have never once spoken to him on the phone even though I was a potential client. All of our transactions were done over text messages. Very professional (sarcasm).nnI put a $1,300 deposit down around 8/12/19 to have a wine fridge installed under an existing cabinet. After being rescheduled four times, I finally said enough was enough. I want my money back! I don't have the time, energy, and patience to deal with this. It was always on excuse after another. If you take on a new job and can't commit to a timeline, you should not take on the responsibility.nnI've asked for a refund more than five days ago and still no words of acknowledgment. This guy seems like a man of faith on social media, but apparently, his faith teach him to steal from others? ud83eudd14nnI guess my only choice now is to file complaint with the BBB and a lawsuit with Williamson County to recover what I can. It's not the first time a person has filed a lawsuit against him. Public record shows that he was in a similar situation in 2017 but under a different DBA (PK Renovations).nnCUSTOMERS BEWARE!
