Where to begin? I’m so glad we had a family friend that had worked previously with Mr. Kevin Henrichson. We had no idea who to turn to when my parents were in an automobile accident, no fault of their own. Against all odds, Kevin and Nikita managed to find the best resolution possible for my parents. They communicated regularly, worked with me as their liaison, always professional but warm. There was never a question about the integrity of Kevin and his team. Thank you for your hard work.

I was hit by another drive last June. Kevin Henrichson was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive throughout my recovery. He was able to help me get an incredible settlement from both the other driver (entire liability) and my own insurance (most of their liability for underinsured motorist coverage).nnHe provided excellent context to every decision point and advised me on the likely consequences of each course of action and why those were the most likely.nnI'm extremely satisfied with the outcome and would heartily recommend Kevin Henrichson at Byrd David for a personal injury issue. Call him as soon as you are injured! Don't wait! I probably would have had a much better outcome but didn't call until after I'd already settled part of the claim. Call immediately after you are stable from injuries, and before you talk to any insurance rep.
