Paid $100 ,parking just for 2 minutes.nI'm uber driver. I went next to this store to get piazza. It was just 2 minutes the lady booked my car .nNever go therenThey are ......**hole

I didn’t have a problem going here until recently. My boyfriend bought a puff bar plus from Kumar (middle eastern man who works at night usually) and he gave my boyfriend the wrong flavor but we didn’t realize until he opened it. We walk back and tell him and he trades it out. We leave and he tries to use the next flavor and the puff bar doesn’t work. So we walk back to get another one, essentially to trade it for the previous one since he can’t sell an open product or defective product knowingly especially when there isn’t a final sale sign. He yells at him tells him no it’s final and starts yelling at my boyfriend and throws the puff bar at him. Obviously this is super unprofessional and also harmful and aggressive. We stop by the 7/11 on another occasion and my boyfriend goes to get gum. He’s in line and a woman skips him and he lets her know politely and the woman gets an attitude. Fast forward he goes up to the counter and the same guy Kumar pulls the gum out of his hand and tells my boyfriend to leave because of last time... ??? And my boyfriend is black btw. This just seems like harassment, profiling and just overall horrible customer service. God forbid you guys have any defective products they might throw them at you and tell you to get out every time you come.

Was a regular patron before today just because of proximity. It's just a regular convenience store/gas station. Today I parked in the back of the lot just to grab a slice of pizza from Ropollo's. Came back not 5 minutes later after picking up my pizza to find my car had been booted by CPE (Central Parking Enforcement, an LLC in Austin).nnNo sane business owner would boot someone who parked in the back of their empty lot for 5 minutes, much less employ a company who has a track record of shady business practices (check the BBB). I could understand if I was hogging the lot to park there overnight but 5 minutes is insane.nn$100 mistake but won't make it again. Two stars cause the employees are nice enough, I guess.

They are nasty because of masks and fine people who parks there. As If Austin had any place open and we hadn’t we to park. I thought this “service” didn’t exist anymore. Nobody goes to downtown to stay. #Boycott7Eleven

Parking extortion. I’m from out of town and got lost. A construction vehicle was blocking the street I needed to turn down. Briefly parked here to find my hostel and made a purchase afterwards. Some man dressed as a construction worker booted my car and threatened to reject my payment and have me towed when I voiced my frustration. He sits in unmarked vehicle that may be his personal vehicle but this is pure extortion. Not how customers or visitors to Austin should be treated.
