The worst service ever. The guy didn’t want to be there. Sold me a cold croissant and when I asked to warm up he told me the oven was out of order... ????? Really?????
I must admit I only drink Starbucks when it's free. I had some stars to redeem for a free coffee so I stopped by this location. If it's a Starbucks inside another store, like this one, the employees are employed by the surrounding store. This may explain the lack of knowledge I have noticed from these baristas. This is the second location I have been to this week that told me they already had coffee brewed when I asked for dark roast pour over. Pour over is a method of brewing coffee that produces a better flavor then traditional drip coffee. How can you provide the best level of service if your customers have to educate you on the methods of service?
I used to make fun of SB addicts in my 20's. Now at 40+ I understand the importance of caffeine. This particular location always is cheerful and the ladies always get my I overly complicated order right, and do it happily. Thanks for ruining Homebrew for me.
I had an appt in austin and this location was the closest one then once I got there realized it was inside a store. I needed drive thru since I have a newborn and didnt want to haul in or out the carseat. This rating is purely based on no drive thru and inconvenience.
