Great marine to get some gear or snacks on the lake. We have rented boats from here and definitely like lakeway marina. Unfortunately last boat rental Radio did not work and boat was kinda dirty. Staff is nice but mostly bunch of you younger kids thee are present but may not be the most helpful. Definitely beware of kayakers! Personally don’t think it’s safe to have boats and kayakers in same spot considering often time renters may not have the most skill driving a boat. Staff definitely needs to speak up a bit to ensure customers safety.

Very nice Marina. Unfortunately they didn't fill the boat before we left out on a 4 hour rental and we ran out 19 miles from marina. We called and they immediately sent someone out. Then we ran out again 1 mile from Marina. They came out again. The boat alarmed, so, there could have been mechanical issues causing it to burn fuel fast. That agreed to credit our account and all was good. Very professional and curtious.

Our boat was having problems and we stopped by to see if they can provide some assistance on a busy Friday. Michelle the service manager and Steve corrected the spark plug quickly and we were back on the water. They are always so nice and professional. We highly recommend them to service your boat.

Rented a jet ski for an hour on lake Travis. The young lady at the front desk was very helpful with where to go on the lake to enjoy the views and not be around to much traffic on the lake. The young lad (Tyler) who gave me the instructions on how to use it was very helpful and a laugh to be around. The staff are great, the shop has a lot of clothing to buy if your after any swim suits shorts footwear hats etc. They also have sunscreen and drinks. Parking is easy and a short walk down to the Dock. The jet ski was great to ride and a lot of fun. Great views and open water to enjoy your time.

Room was gorgeous and the reception employees were great but the prices were a bit high for having everything close and no room service. The lake is about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The marina manger is godly rude, we booked a separate charter since they had a full booking. When ours showed up the manager said some very rude curse words at our female captain and said never to come back here again. Even though prior to that we had spend $500 in the store at the Marina and had the boat fueled up there. No a good way to do business at all. All the marina employees had nothing but awful things to say about the management at the dock. It's so sad to see such a cool place get bad wrap and now everyone on the lake knows not go there. Way to go on losing business . I recommend booking through hotels tonight to save about $100. The marina also won't take out of state boating licenses even though it's recognized and approved by the coast guard. Honestly the dock manager ruined our stay and day. Without her the place would be much better.
