This dealership is awesome. I dealt with Vern and he treated me like family. We had an issue with the boat I was purchasing at delivery and Vern resolved the issue immediately, I would recommend this business to anyone with boating needs. I shopped several businesses for a pontoon boat and received the best deal from Vern.

I am happy to say that I just purchased my new 2021 pontoon from another dealer. Austin Boats and Motors lost my business when the owner thought it was best to endorse the former president and state his opinions rather than selling boats. He offered to “explain” what I did not understand. That was not welcomed from such a person who aligns (with all that was going on) to a politician rather than making customers happy and meeting their boat needs. I hate this dealership and will never step foot in a store that supports this type of behavior. They were also reported to the corporate offices of boat brands they sell. Hope they go out of business soon. Think twice before supporting a business that supports such dishonorable conduct:n“Better fight like hell if you want a country”nBetter to simply spend your $48,000.00 somewhere else like I did - and I’m proud of it.

Austin Boat & Motors is a great dealership to work with. 2020 has been crazy and unfortunately ordering a boat during this year had many challenges as well. Holly Boyer and team made sure that I was taken care of at every turn. It is easy to give a great rating when everything goes right but when challenges arise that is when you get to see who will support you. Austin Boat and Motors will have your back and that is important and worth 5 stars.

When scouring my brain to trying to come up with some stocking stuffers for my husband I thought about what he likes to do! Of course, boating was the first thing that came to mind! Running short on time, I called Austin boats and motors for ideas and they were the best! Katie went out of her way to text me pics of small boating items and in the end put together a great little sling pack full of boat cleaning supplies and towels! I know he will love it! It’s so great to see small town customer service is still alive and well at Austin Boats and Motors! ud83cudf84ud83dude4cud83dudea4

Great experience in buying a Tritoon Boat at Austin Boats and Motors!!! All the employees there treat you like family... I feel as though my sales person Greg has become a friend of mine now. He calls us to check on how things are going and if I have any questions ... When we first purchased the Boat he took me out in it numerous times to make sure I felt comfortable with driving, docking and loading the boat. I have called him a couple of times since buying the boat to ask questions and he is always there for me. Also would like to think Vern, Holly, and JR in my buying experience.
