I have used this law firm for multiple circumstances ironically for myself and my husband. They were able to settle both of our cases fairly without getting billed massive fees or court cost. When we contacted this firm they answered our concerns diligently. We never had to appear in court for any case. We recommend this firm absolutely!!

They took my case: hey traffic ticket dismissal. Along the way, I've been distracted by a lot of things happening in my life and with my family. So I missed a few things. But they worked with me, and somehow they got things to turn out right. I'm so grateful for their representation. a lot of things have not worked out well this year, but this is one thing that did work out well, with their help. Thank you!

I usually don’t leave reviews for anything, but I have to for this law firm! Kelly and Lynn have been a blessing to me, and I highly recommend them if you feel like your in a deep hole with citations/traffic tickets. I was young and dumb once and let them pile up... I never thought I would get so many cases dropped (I paid 2 tickets out of roughly 12)! As long as you put in the work in with them, Lynn is always right there to let you know what’s needed to be done. Thank y’all so much for everything, and I will definitely be coming back if I ever have any issues!

Received a speeding ticket in Travis County and was fortunate to be referred to the McMahan firm. My primary contact was Lynn West, a paralegal at the firm. My case was handled in an extremely professional manner, and the communication was very efficient, timely and responsive. My ticket was dismissed with no further action necessary. I highly recommend this team without reservation and will not hesitate to use them again in the future. 5+ stars!
