Female pharmacist was unhelpful, unsympathetic and generally miserable. I went about my day happy knowing I'd never have to speak to her again. Take a look at your reviews and do something about it. It's not coincidence.
tried to schedule Covid 19 test online at this location. Website had an issue and locked me out but then said I already had an appointment at this location. Called this location to confirm and after waiting 20 minutes to speak to someone in the pharmacy the person in the pharmacy that answered was quite rude and said they had nothing to do with that and couldn't help me to see if in fact I had an appointment with them at all. He gave me the number to minute clinic which in turn told me I needed to call the pharmacy to confirm the appointment. Horrible experience. Never again.
Do not under any circumstance ever use this pharmacy! They are consistently slow and screwing up prescriptions. While they are busy making your life hell they also enjoy being rude for extra measure. I kept giving them chances thinking they might be understaffed, but it never changed in the two years I've been here.
VERY slow to answer the phone- maybe about a 30 minute wait. Very unwilling to talk on the phone. Got hung up on after a few words.
The staff, pharmacists and techs are excellent. They listen, take their time to explain, and will do all they are able to help their patients and families. However, they are chronically understaffed, causing delays in filling prescriptions, and long waits to pickup prescriptions. It is my hope they hire more staff or make better decisions in assigning staff to shifts. Waited on hold for over an hour before I gave up and drove 45min to the pharmacy
