Scheduled Covid testing and everything went very smooth. The nurse, Kim was outstanding! Since we’re a family of 4 with a special needs kido, Kim (without us having to ask) made arrangements to ease the process and showed empathy and compassion, which is rare (unfortunately). Our family was very nervous about the testing and Kim made us comfortable and walked us through the process step by step. Thank you Kim!!!

I scheduled a COVID test at this location. I followed the directions in the confirmation text, pulled up to the designated parking area, then called to confirm I had arrived and was in the correct location. I was told that the nurse testing was busy but would be out shortly. After waiting for 40 minutes I called back. After 20 minutes of waiting on hold off and on, I was informed that the nurse in charge of doing testing had called in sick and that no one was in fact available to perform the test. The manager never bothered to cancel the online appointments that had been booked, put a note on the signage outside, inform the person answering the phones, or bother to inform me or the multiple other cars waiting for their appointment that we were waiting in vain. I understand that mistakes happen, but this was completely avoidable and just terrible management.

DO NOT get a covid rapid test done at this location. I’ve been waiting 4 hours for my test result which should have taken 15 minutes. I waited outside the clinic for 2.5 hours and maybe 3 cars pulled up in that time so they weren’t too busy to look at the test results and give me a call. Still waiting for the test results and there is no way to contact the clinic. I called the helpline and they said they called to leave a note for the nurse practitioner in charge. In spite of doing that, there has been no response. They should inform us if they lost the test so we can get tested again. Very irresponsible.

Consistently missing pills when filling prescriptions. This has happened 3 times and several pills were missing each time.

You have to Love the staff, prompt, informative, and a great sense of urgency for the overall store customers...
