Our kids love McDonald’s which means we unfortunately frequent this location almost weekly. They consistently get at least one part of the order completely wrong every time. Every single time. It also takes forever. We have tried just ordering through the drive thru and they usually have us go park. This causes us to have to wait for up to 10 mins for them to bring the food out. We have also tried mobile ordering. It takes just as long and still tons of mistakes. At least they are consistent in consistently taking too long and getting orders wrong each time.

I'm 56 and haven't had a Quarter Pounder with cheese since I was in my 30s. It was delicious. Lots of sesame seeds on the bun. Cheese on both sides of the beef which had a nice grill flavor. And McDonald's pickles are the best pickles. The strawberry shake had lots of flavor.

Worst customer experience ever. Waited in the drive through line for 20 minutes. I wanted a simple ice cream cone. I was initially told that it would be served in a cup. Odd, but sure I’ll oblige. Once I pulled up I was told the item I wanted, a simple ice cream cone, would not be made because it was “too watery” and zero attempt was made to remedy the situation. Improve your customer service game, McDonald’s of Bee Caves. No wonder you have a lackluster review history on Google reviews.

Fresh fries and chicken nuggets the could add a little more ice to the drinks. I wish the Marble Falls store treated their customers like this one. They cant get a oder right to save their lives.
