My wife just returned from here. I've not seen her as upset as this in a long time. She had made reservations for a Tea here with her Aunt and our daughter--the reservations were made quite a while in advance, and cancelled a long time in advanced due to a family event. When our daughter called to cancel she was assured that there would not be a problem getting the fee refunded to my wife's card. Note that my wife had not received a receipt, her name was merely put into the file folder for the tea time. When my wife went in to get some coffee and obtain the refund, Hannah treated her quite terribly, in front of other customers, which was a complete surprise.
Gorgeous boutique with a wonderful little coffee shop + cafe! I just wish they would be a little bit clearer when it comes to potential allergens in their menu items! Difficult to order online when you don't know if something has an allergen in it.
This is the cutest, best coffee house!! Such generosity during our crazy snow storm.... when everything else was shut down and out of food, they were open and providing for us! Amazing food, coffee, and service ud83dudc97
It is the ice storm of the century here in Central Texas. The owner and her daughter risked their safety to provide a safe Haven to the people living within the galleria and hotel goers over the weekend. The food and drinks were incredible and we couldn’t of been more pleased with our experience.
This is simply a gem of a place. Beautifully decorated, cozy cafe serving amazing coffee and homemade baked goods - all very delicious. I wish I lived in the area to be able to stop by more frequently. Will definitely be back in my next visit to the area.
