I called last week to ask if there was a space available for massage out of sheer desperation. My neck was locked up, basically my whole right side was in great pain. I rarely take medication for pain but, I felt the need that day!! I was paired with Maria for a same day appt just 1 1/2hrs from the time I called. Maria told me the second we met she was a therapeutic therapist, meaning that it may not be the most “relaxing, fluffy” massage I’d ever had. She spent her entire time in places other than my neck relaxing muscles that I had no idea were involved in my pain. She moved my whole body and worked areas I rarely have massaged. I was extremely surprised that she was working in other areas vital to giving me relief, not just where I felt pain. Since the massage, my hip which is in pain constantly has not hurt and the pain in my neck slowly subsided. I’m excited to see that with further monthly visits to Maria, coupled with chiropractic adjustments, I see consistent relief in my future. I have been singing Maria’s praises since my massage and I will definitely continue coming to see her!! In my opinion, the selection of staff at Serasana Bee Cave is top notch! Try them, they are really there to help!!

I've been to Serasana twice, and I can't wait until my next visit! I scheduled my most recent appointment with Diana and it was one of the best massages I've ever had. She took her time to work through my problem areas and didn't leave them until the last few minutes of the massage. I prefer deep tissue massages and she delivered. I'm confident she would provide a lighter touch if you request it. They were COVID compliant and I felt safe at all times. The services are a bit expensive but you get what you pay for, and it's worth it to treat yourself when you can.

Altogether I did not have a great experience. Lovely space, but I did not feel the session lasted as long as was promised and I have never been asked for a tip for an acupuncturist before! Is that because this person did not have a Chinese degree? Would you tip a therapist? A doctor? And I was disturbed that they are not set up for taking insurance. That was a red flag to me as anyone who has a credible acupuncturist business would be set up for this.

Wow! Just wow! This is the best spa experience I have ever had! And I’ve been to a lot of very fancy spas. The moment you walk in the door there is a delicious combination of high end spa, with the charm of a small business.nThe atmosphere is relaxing. They make you feel at home from the moment you walk in the door. I went in for a massage with Diana. She is magical! Best massage I have ever gotten.nWhen I arrived I asked about facials. And Danielle, the esthetician, came right out to talk to me! I told her what I’m used to getting (peel, extractions). She was able to get me in just after my massage and she was brilliant! Great personality. Highway skilled! I was extremely impressed with her!nThe staff heard me say that I might get hungry, when I realized my stay would be longer. And they offered to get me something to eat... on top of the delicious teas and chias they provide. I said I would be okay with tea. I had an 80 minute massage with Whitney. It was a-ma-zing! If you like a deeper, targeted massage, to really work out your build up of ickies, she is excellent. The atmosphere was calm. The Covid safety was on point.
