I’ve been in the real estate business for more than 50 years – some residential but mostly commercial and investment. Dealt with many law firms - large, small and in-between. Met David Groom about 5 years ago. True professional. All the knowledge, talent, and skill of a big firm (maybe more), but still the efficiency, immediacy, and personal touch available only from a more nimble operation. He’s my “go to” real estate attorney and I strongly recommend Groom Law. Lakeway area is fortunate to have such a capable legal resource.
