Our company has been going throw a major transition and growth stage. I am incredibly grateful and relieved to let Financial Foothold take the reigns and take care of our books. Mostly, I am impressed by the service-minded attitude and responsiveness of team members including Tara and Andrea. It has made our QB implementation and bookkeeping an easy process to go through and has been helpful for the business to scale. Thanks to Julianne and the entire team!

Julianne was awesome at alleviating my stress and fear of moving my company from QB's desktop to QB's on line plus getting me set up with a payroll company all within a 2 week period!! She worked so quick and made the transition so smooth I can't thank her enough! I was use to doing payroll in QB's desktop on my own but online is a whole different process. She was very knowledgeable and had great patience with me to take the time to train me so I could feel at ease knowing my company is in good hands! I would highly recommend anyone who needs someone to run their QB's or help running their QB's to use Financial Foothold!nThank you again Julianne for all your help :)

Austin Heights has used Financial Foothold, formerly Southwest Bookkeepers) for many years as part of our condo/HOA financials. Julianne and Dana have always been very responsive and detail oriented. Upon delivery of documents, suggestions were always made in regards to fund collection or other items that our HOA should be aware of. They have been crucial in keeping the financial backbone of the our condo community in tact and would highly recommend their services.
