Have had a car there with a taillight wiring issue for 200 days and they can’t fix it, the tech Tim there is horrible and won’t work on cars just cause he doesn’t want to.nHave had a truck here that the alignment shop said the ball joint was very bad and Tim said it wasn’t, after 3 trips between the alignment shop and dealer we took it to another dealer and they verified that it was indeed a very bad ball joint.nMy Brother also has had bad work don’t by this same Tim here. What are you supposed to do when a Chevy service dealer can’t fix things. They have one tech that is great That wasn’t always here, so if you have to go here then ask them to have Daniel to work on your car if you want it back this year!

Had no hassle with the men here and no pressure in buying a vehicle. I already knew what I wanted Tim greeted me before I even got out of my vehicle to even in the dealership. He handed me the keys to the vehicle I came to test drive and can honestly say I felt like I was treated fairly and decent. Mike Ellis is a great man too to buy a vehicle from. He doesn’t pressure you to buy anything you don’t want and he’s honest. If your going to trade your vehicle in on the one your buying they’ll ask you what you want for it and give you a fair price for it. They also brought the vehicle I was looking down from Bardstown to Columbia when another dealership wouldn’t do it for me even though the website says they’ll bring any of their vehicles to their lots that at nearest to you. Thanks to Mike Ellis and his team for going above and beyond.
