If I could give zero stars I would. We transferred our storage to a smaller one and the office lady didn’t transfer out paper work. She gave me a call saying they cut the lock off and they dug through our stuff to find a contact number, because we hadn’t paid since December. Which was a lie because we are paid up. When we went to the storage to check everything a lot of our totes were tipped over and cracked as if they were stepped on and gone through. They didn’t give us any compensation except a new lock which was damaged. Needless to say do not trust this place with anything. Please please go to any other storage facility than this one.
Initially when I was looking for a unit at the time I was, almost all places I looked for the size I needed were booked. I reserved a unit online for this location and when I went in to book it, I was told it was reserved for someone else. However, since I had gotten there before the other person who had reserved days earlier, I was given the unit and I was appreciative of that. I like that property is secured with a gate as well as the ease of access.
What can I say, it's a mini storage near our home. Service has been fine over the years. Rates increasing soon so we will probably stop using them, but we never had a problem with the services or facility.
Expensive, for a military town.
Rented unit and paid to end of month. Since I took the lock off when I emptied it, they went ahead and rented my unit out to someone else. I had planned to put more stuff in it and continue to rent. Rent was paid until end of month, but was told that since I took all my stuff out that they went ahead and rented.....even though I had days left that were paid for...they just assumed that since it was empty and unlocked that I wouldn’t be back. So, my last time to use this company...
