James and his crew are GREAT. Helpful and patient with nonprofessional mechanics.nThe service he provides is unique to the area. You may rent time in a bay, using shop tools. You may rent a bay, and utilize help from the staff. You also have the option of having them do the work, like a standard garage.
I was referred to Auto Aid through a friend who highly recommended them for quality service at an affordable rate. She has used this repair place for years and trusts them implicitly. I’m glad because I’m from out of town and only here to help my daughter who was broken down in town on her way for emergency room treatment. James was everything she said he was! Quick, honest, inventive with solutions and cost saving techniques, etc. He didn’t “man-splain” like so many other places would. He didn’t over-charge and in fact resolved our issue with the least cost to us. My daughter is a customer for life now and I sincerely wish he had a location in Ft Worth too. Thank you, James! You were such a blessing to us during this very difficult time. I believe everyone should come see you for repairs.
Great services and friendly staff. I needed my alternator changed they did it in a timely manner plus they were the only in town open on Saturday and the cheapest for the service I needed done. Will definitely return for future services.
