At first I used to love coming here. The young ladies at the front desk, Mariana and another girl whose name I don’t know, were always super nice to me and welcomed me in the nicest way. ud83dudc9e I came here for at least 4 months to get my eyelash extensions done by Jordan. SHE WAS AMAZING! She had the best personality ever and made you feel so comfortable. Her work was awesome! She ended up moving and I miss her! She was replaced by Teala, and I decided to stay with her. Immediately I noticed a change. Eyelashes weren’t done right. She rushed through her work. I decided to keep going to her to give her a couple opportunities. My eyelashes continued to look sloppy and she would be in a bad attitude most of the time. She made me feel highly uncomfortable and charged too much for work that was sloppy. Every time I went to her, she faked a smile and would get onto me for “messing up my eyelashes.” Note: I took so much care of them but she never took her time, hence why my eyelashes were all over the place. I decided to stop going to her because I no longer had the motivation to be around someone who didn’t treat their client with good work and a good attitude. If I pay you, I expect good customer service. I have other friends who also stopped going with Teala because of the same reasons.nI ended up going at Beauty Galleria for my eyelashes and the girl there is ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!! ud83dudc9enn(Posted for a family member)

Amanda Cooper is the BEST!!!The 1st time I came to Amanda my hair was past my waist,I had not had anybody touch my hair in about 7 years and if course I was nervous. From the start Amanda made me feel comfortable and before we were done I had placed my hair in her hands and said to do whatever. I was NOT disappointed!! My hair was gorgeous!! It completely changed how I felt. I made another appointment last week and again she went above and beyond and if course my hair came out better then I could have imagined. There are not enough stars on this page to give to her!! So go see Amanda at the Look in Mt Pleasant Texas. If you have to go out of your way or right down the road it is totally worth it!! You can't turn Shrek into Prince Charming in a couple of hours but she will dang sure try!!

Abby Z is the best nail tech EVER!

Amanda is my girl and I couldn’t be more pleased with her ability to transform hair into something amazing, while explaining to you exactly why she is doing what she does during your cut/color. She made a return customer out of me on day 1! I came to her with BLACK hair that I had used boxed dye on a while back and I wanted to try to lighten it up some. She took on the challenge and not only gave me the (realistic) color (I say that because when you’re trying to lighten black hair you have to be realistic on how light you can go first time around) I asked for, but kept my hair from getting dried out. Very, very happy with my experience with Amanda and the whole salon.
