I love this place. The coaches really work with you. They make you feel like family. If you ask dumb questions they pretend its not a dumb question and explainud83dude05 The best part is you only do what you can handle. Oh and you can bring your kids!

Lions Head CF is a great box for anyone looking to begin a new fitness journey or continue am existing one. The coaches are encouraging and everyone is welcomiing. I love dropping in whenever I'm in town visiting family to get my workout on here!

It’s a great workout environment. I love the people there. I feel so comfortable working out. The couches help you and encourage you to become the best version of yourself not just physically but mentally too.I highly recommended!

If you’re looking for several class options, great programming, and competitive pricing this is the box. Coaching staff is excellent and facility has shower and child’s room as well! And to top it all off there’s a massage therapist suite if you’re needing muscle recovery or just some relaxation. I highly recommend this CrossFit box!
