Appointment was at 09:00 am check at guardhouse at 08:40 i was at receiving office at 08:50 got a dock at 10:00am out off the place at 13:00 do not come here
-5 is the best rating I can give to this place. First you will wait to check in for like two hours and when you check in, you are already late for your appointment and they will not put in and out times on your POD. This is the dirtiest trick they play here. In a net shell, you will not get paid for detention no matter how early you get Hera.
They will charge Lumper Fee to get unloaded.. Worst system to get unloaded. Got a dock at the guard shack, got a check in #. I'm number 27, they were on #6.. took hours just to check in. You basically have to wait outside till your # is up and yes it's about 35 degrees outside.nIt's too easy to take a phone number and call when it's your time but hey...
My review is for a drop and hook. Security was professional and friendly. Backing in the middle rows was tight, but ultimately no problem.nn*There is a truck stop for overnight parking at the exit, about two miles from the facility. Not sure how quickly it fills up at night, but a pretty good sized lot.*
Backed into door just after my 7 am checkin time at the gate. As others have stated, a very long wait to get checked in. They do not start on your truck at least until you are checked in. Then begins the grueling process of the slowest unload time known to man. I thought other DCs were slow, and then I discovered this one 5 hours+ backed to the dock currently. So far, they have managed to give me a red light in all that wait time. No movement in or out with forklifts or anything. This has now been added to my list of places to avoid. Before long, it will be nothing but company drivers going here. I feel sorry for anyone that has to waste their entire day here.
