This place is so so under rated. The GM is the greatest. The management in general is pretty swell. The workers and dealers are way better than any other. Out does any other used car dealer around and that I have been too. I know this is a 5 star rating but it's a 10 out of 10. Car-Mart of Mt Pleasant is definitely deserving of this 5 star rating. If you need to talk to anyone up there talk to well whoever

I love dealing with all the staff up there they help me and do what they say. They are very friendly and listen to what you. They answer any questions or concerns you might have and they will help you with any issues. It's a great place to go buy a great vehicle.

I got my first car at Car-Mart, I had some issues because I just moved so I needed a car, I went here and the people who works over here are completely Awesome, excellent human beings, the customer service is one of the best I've seen in my entire life, they even stayed two hours after the closing time just to help me get a car, because I desperately needed one. I got an amazing car it's almost brand new and it's awesome I really love it, I really recommend these place. If you are a person to buy your first car this is the place you are looking for.

The customer service was really extravagant. The cars were low down and affordable. I’ll recommend this car mart to buyers who are looking for a vehicle.

My husband and I took our son to buy a car and we had a wonderful experience. Our salesman, Jeremy, was absolutely the best. He answered any questions we had, helped us get everything ready to drive the car off the lot and was super helpful. Angel came and made sure that we were ok and happy. She was very friendly and sweet. A huge shout out to Justin Holmes for referring us to Car-Mart of Mt Pleasant, Texas. We were so pleased with how friendly and kind everyone was with us. Thank you Angel, Jeremy and Justin. We will definitely be back when our daughter is ready to get her first vehicle!!! Awesome group of people.
