The Tim Short franchise in my hometown of Winchester closed, but I had always had reasonably good experiences there, so I decided to drive to the Morehead franchise for an oil change. I was so glad I went out there. There was no waiting, there was no trouble at all, they took care of my car quickly and without the slightest difficulty, and they went above and beyond in every way. Even though they need a special part for my car, they got it within half an hour, and the prices are still less than I would have paid in Lexington. I found them extraordinarily pleasant and easy to work with, and on the whole, one of the best automotive maintenance experiences I've ever had. I will absolutely be going there from now on.
Great buying experience! Our sales consultant, Jonathan Lopez, was very helpful, knowledgeable and found exactly what we were looking for. David Basham, finance manager, was professional, efficient and quickly processed our paperwork. The sales manager, Wade Willhoite, was great to work with and genuinely cares about the customers and staff. We highly recommend them and are very happy with our purchase. It was worth the 90 minute drive!
Lured me in with a good price for the car I was selling through the internet, then pulled the rug out from under me when I got there saying they weren't interested in buying my car at all! And it wasn't because the car was worse than they thought-the guy there even said it's in great shape. No, it was because it has too many miles he said, even though I had clearly stated it's mileage online. Sorry I wasted the time driving to Morehead.

Brian Rose has been excellent. He got me approved for a 2015 Chrysler 200, MY DREAM CAR!!!!!!! i went to about three car lots before and they couldn't even give me options! I'm SO thankful for Brian Rose and his crew for my new wheels! I will return for future purchases!!!
