Overall very rude... Just ordered a large carmel iced coffee... Ended up receiving a medium size & asked the crew member if it was a large and she said (rudely) it was and closed the window... I understand that some stores have different sizes but pulled forward and literally looked at the cup itself and it said M for Iced Coffee..? Didn't appreciate the service at all. ud83dude10

Pretty disappointed when I tried to call the store ahead of time and asked if I couple go ahead and place an order for 30 burgers and some fries for pick up for my nursing staff and the young lady who answered the phone didn’t respond to my question, and I guess just put the phone down... after 5 min of waiting for her to come back I hung up and tried to call back and it rang busy several times .... so instead of quickly being able to pick them up, I had to go through the drive thru to order them and am now sitting and waiting and waiting and..... (you get my drift) outside of the store which is EXACTLY what I was trying to avoid.

Horrible service I asked for barbecue sauce and then my daughter called me to say she also needed sweet and sour so I get to the window to ask for more sauce they tell me I already have the limit and had to pay so I was ok with paying and then they tell me they can’t take my payment and I would have to go back thru the drive through to order some sauce ud83euddd0 it was already a long line. So I had to exchange sauces. It was Ridiculous! The manager was a Hispanic lady and very rude!!

If there was a way to give no stars, I would because this McDonald’s location is absolutely horrible! They actually used to be pretty great - the only McDonald’s and one of a choice few of businesses that stayed open 24 hours... until COVID that is. Once COVID hit, this location nosedived. Incorrect orders. Can’t run split payments correctly. Poor quality food. The people in the drive-thru have terrible attitudes. The other McDonald’s in Mount Pleasant is far better, and this one should be avoided altogether until they can correct their issues. My family and I keep trying this location about once every 3-6 months just to see if they’ve improved and they definitely haven’t. If you’re on I-30 and wanting to stop to eat, just keep driving - New Boston is only 30 minutes away and far better than here.

The McDonald's in mt pleasant is the sorriest ones on the nation. They never get you order rite always something wrong. The food is slop. My dogs wont even eat it Ever since the new management has taken over they are horrible. They have some sorry excuse for management
