It's a great gym. I visit it when I'm on call. That being said, the inconsistent hours, closing and breaks are a huge negative. Later hours and consistent staffing would make this an A+ gym .However nothing ruins a workout more than showing up at a gym that's closed for spring break.

Lots of equipment. Plenty of space. Many choices of things to do. Helpful and friendly staff.

I love this gym. They have amazing equipment, the staff always greets you, it's very clean and they have a great pool. The only thing the gym is lacking, would be a sauna/steamroom and a hot tub.
