Everytime we go they are awesome and quick and if it takes to long they apologize for it. Ya usually dont get that at alot of places my husband loves going here for me lol im so antisocial so if he actaully likes a place its a miracle! Thank yall for everything and for future drinks!!!
At this location, 2nd time here both times the lady behind the counter never acknowledge me, I said hey how r you?? Never responded and just waited to take my order. 2nd time she was quiet never said anything when I asked for more sweat cream. Instead pouring some out just poured more sweat cream into my full cup and made it over flow. She never said anything to make it better or say sorry just turned around and talked to her co worker. so sad
Barista made my drink correctly and quick, but forgot my food item. I had to stand and wait at the drink pick up while she took the orders of two other customers and ignored me. When I finally got to ask for my item, she acknowledged me, and proceeded to pack another ladies’ food order before giving me mine. Unprofessional in my opinion.
Espresso machine broken. They don't sell bagels here? What's the point? I could get plain coffee at a gas station.
Nice and pleasant staff, very accommodating.
