Unprofessional office staff. Jerry has always been great. Dropped my taxes off this year and had a few things change. I asked if I could schedule an appointment to see Jerry and the lady asked why. I explained and she said it would be a while, I said that would be fine and to call me when they could fit me in. I went to have lunch with my wife and during lunch I got a call from the office staff. I was told that my taxes were “too complicated” and that I should take my business elsewhere from now on. We really liked Jerry, but in over 10 years of use, his staff has always been extremely rude. There was a new woman up front this year that I hadn’t seen in the past, and she was the most unprofessional of any person I’ve ever dealt with up there. Jerry himself is a very professional person.
Absolutely beautiful people that are, professionals through and through! Once again, the office of Jerry Love, CPA prove themselves worthy of every penny they charge. Though our return is ‘simple’ by a CPA’s definition, there are usually some unique issues that cause me to say, “this needs to be done by a professional!” Jerry Love, CPA is the consummate expert regardless of how simple or complex your accounting needs might be!
