Started out a little hesitant this year due to some newer employees in the office and stories I heard from other taxpayers, however, the Saturday I went in I could tell right away that the three employees there were confident in their ability to prepare taxes and that put me at ease right away. Some years I fill in the blanks for the preparer and some years, I get someone like Judi Van Allen (Richard was also there and I cannot remember the other lady's name that was there that day, but they all had known each other for 10+ years) and you can just sense their confidence. I would really like to see consistency in this office, Richard has been there forever, but would like to see some of the other faces be the same year after year.

Had my taxes done at jackson Hewitt yesterday and my tax preparer was named judy, she was awesome, fast professional and very nice, easy to talk to helped me understand how and what was being done, I'm never going back to the other place.
