Poor customer service. Rude when you call them. Quoted a price of $100 for oil change, actual charge was $175....oh and how convenient that thlw person who quoted it no longer works there. Bad business practices to treat people like thst.
Worst service than a McDonalds drive through that’s the worst you could imagine. Horrid. Take your business elsewhere. Even after you give them 30k plus they don’t care.
They ordered a new part for the mower . But we asked for a oil cap. We got a hydraulic cap. Very $$$. For the wrong part. We will have to try again.
Pitiful customer service. Bought my son a NEW Cub Cadet side by side on May 29th. Had a small issue after three days with it not starting but this issue somehow just went away. Never heard back from them asking if it was running Around the first week of July I had a flat tire. Upon closer inspection I noticed all the tires were dry rotted and within a week two others were flat. I messaged with no response. I called without getting called back. They are more concerned with passing blame between Flemingsburg store and Morehead. Finally get ahold of a guy in service who shouldn’t be dealing with customers. He’s rude and clueless. So after about 2 weeks of trying to get the tires replaced I just got them myself. Also, they’re supposed to be putting a windshield on it but I’m not holding my breath. Had to replace the battery too. I understood when I bought it had been sitting a little while but the customer service here is horrible. Will never buy here again!
