Eagle Chevrolet Buick GMC

Our Chevrolet vehicle was taken to this dealership to resolve an issue after work from another company. Once the vehicle was taken home, the issue, in fact, was not fixed. After speaking with (and being spoken over) by Service Manager Brian over the phone, I was advised to bring to vehicle in for a scheduled time the next day. I arrived to the appointment early, with my 4 year old in tow, in the middle of a pandemic and relayed the information to another employee who checked in the vehicle said he would speak with Brian. After only 15 minutes or so, the employee came out to tell me what the problem was, all without even looking at the vehicle. It never entered their building, and a tech nor the ‘Service Manager’ laid eyes on the vehicle. Could this exact information not be provided over the phone, to avoid putting myself and small child at risk for absolutely nothing? Unbelievable. Very poor customer service indeed, with no concern for the customer or the child in this situation.nn** Edited to add that the Service Manager did reach out. He reached out to my husband, instead of to me directly. My contact information was provided when I checked in my vehicle for the appointment. Unfortunately, this was another disrespectful gesture. **Edited to add that after having the vehicles serviced by another dealership, it was actually a completely different issue, that had they looked at the vehicle, they would have found. I requested and received a full refund from this dealership.
