The person who did my taxes was Jacob Gooslin. He explained everything too me. He took time to make sure he did the best job he could. He was super friendly and approachable. I feel the price for filing was fair and I walked away feeling confident that my taxes were filed correctly. ... Plus, Jacob was cute

Service while filling was great, trying to get help afterwards was horrible. Out my wrong address down and said they couldnt change it or help me. Now been waiting for a letter from the IRS that was coming to the wrong place.
