I've gone to Walton Verona schools all my life and am currently an 8th grader at WVMS. I love, love my school because the staff cares. When you're having a bad day, the principals, teachers, and other members will talk with you and help you out because they really love us and care. The teachers always bond with us and they become like our family. You know you can always talk to them, joke around with them, and learn from them. They make you work hard but you also get to have lots of fun! There is rarely any bullying or harassment at our school because everyone here really treats each other with respect. It's a nice little family where you learn a lot from each other and watch everyone grow up. It's nice to go here and I genuinely look forward to coming every day to such a caring staff and awesome students. If you're looking, definitely send your kids here! I love Walton-Verona!

I am a recent graduate of WVHS. I attended from 6th to 12th grade. Walton is fantastic while you're there. The staff is very caring, and the small school atmosphere is a big help for getting the best possible education. However, as I am in college now, I realize that Walton did not prepare me as well as they could have. I feel like the education I got was only geared towards passing state exams. My college has floored me with an education that actually supports an increase of knowledge as opposed to an increase of a test score, which I hadn't realized that I wasn't getting.nWalton is a fantastic High School, but don't expect to learn any common knowledge or to be perfectly prepared for college. Expect to ace state tests and create a good name for Walton.
