Used this facility for a little over 2 years and never had any issues, the staff was always friendly and helpful.
Just relocated to Keller Tx and was in need of extra storage, that was not going to break the bank.nI contacted Michelle Malone relief manager of Stor Self Storage located at 790 Keller Pkwy. Michelle was wonderful at her job, she showed me the unit and explained everything to me and was extremely friendly and Knowledgeable in her position. They advertised a discount and sure to their website I received the discount not like other places.nI welcome doing Business with Michelle, and Michelle thank you so much for making my move so easy.
This is an incredible storage facility, its clean and very well maintained but what I loved the most is the people that work there are amazing.nThey helped us beyond words with our move out.The manager Rick is so helpful. Our 2.5 years of being there have just been great. Thank you to the entire team for doing a great job.

We have had a unit here since the first of this year and it has been great! So great that we just rented our second unit last week. We use the storage units for work. Michelle is amazing, she is always so cheerful, friendly and super helpful! This business has terrific customer service! The facility is super clean and easy to access. We love it here!
