So expensive...the labor cost was ok but the price for the parts was really high. It was done for my business and I would have understood the cost if they replaced all the lock hardware but all that was replaced was the small key cylinder. Wish I had time to research replacing the locks myself. I wonder if they overpriced me just cause it was for a business. Only use them if you are in dire straights and no one else is available.

Very easy to use, but it does try to upsell you through the whole experience. Also, it was more expensive for one key than I expected.
