I am a local farmer, and with the pandemic going on in the world, I have been busier then ever. The staff was exceptional. We had a broken axle on our trailer and we were over 700 miles from home. They went above and beyond helping us locate an axle that would work on our trailer so we could return home.
We were traveling from Kentucky to Northeast Pennsylvania, when a bad trailer axle left us stranded along the highway. Andy and Steve from Big Tex Trailer sales Walton Kentucky, went above and beyond to get us fixed up and on our way..... that was no easy task either, but these guys knocked it out, and got us back on the road....Thank You staff at Big Trailer, Walton Kentucky, we are very grateful!!!
Bought a used trailer from them that was being sold on consignment. The trailer is great shape and I got a really good deal on it. The staff is great very curtious and polite.
