I've been working here over 12 years. Started on the line and moved up through the organization to become Quality Engineer. It's not a bad place to work. I've certainly been at worse jobs. It has its moments just like any place. The work is not hard. Most stations have you place a part in the machine and hit the go switch. Attention to detail and quality oriented are a must. Pay is decent. Benefits are ok. Medical, dental, vision, matching 401k, life, disability.
