My daughter had so much fun for her first time going. She has special needs and doesn’t enjoy a lot of what the other kids like, but this is something she genuinely loved and it made me so happy.nHowever I was really shocked at the lack of care the staff had to not enforce the mask policy for parents.nI understand some kids won’t wear masks but adults? There is two big signs in the front desk that say “no mask, no service”nBut once it goes beyond the desk, they don’t even care. Very upsetting. Even the staff wouldn’t wear their masks.nI saw 0 cleaning procedures in place. At least when one large group leaves, clean something- anything. The website states that they clean “ before during and after” there was nothing.nnI don’t know if I will come back, I’ll try a different locations to see if they will be any better at their policies.

I will definitely not be coming back. Front desk was great, but the employees in charge of section were very rude to the kids. One lady shouted at the kids that she would only be opening the section for ten minutes and when a kid tried to ask a question she told them to stop and that she didn’t care. Very poor way to to run a business. If you don’t like your job or working with kids find a job somewhere else. Do not recommend at all. I could not wait to leave there are plenty of indoor trampoline parks to go to and will not recommend here.

I have really bad social anxiety and the staff made me feel very uncomfortable and were making fun of my friend and I. They also accused us of being high. This was a bad experience and we let after 5 minutes

I purchased a membership for our daughter during our last visit but when my husband, daughter and I went today I was told she did not have a membership. Buuuuut they said they weren't actually sure because their computers were glitching. Every time we go to Altitude their computers are either glitching or down. After we told them we had the receipt, they told us we were good to go jump...nWhile our 6 year old was jumping, older kids, probably around 10-13, were tearing through the whole place with no consequences. On multiple occasions they knocked over a toddler trying to play (who started crying) and almost ran directly into my daughter minding her own business on one of the little trampolines. I get that they're older but there are rules for a reason and they were breaking almost all of them. It was getting dangerous. I'm not sure if the workers didn't notice but several parents did and we said something. I'm just super disappointed in this place. My daughter loves going there to jump but we won't be back. From the front desk issues EVERY TIME we go to the rules not being enforced.. it's just not somewhere we want to take our girl.
